I've done door to door fundraising for 28 years (enviro groups)and have talked to hundreds of thousands in 4 different states. There are millions of conscious people out there that are NOT telling their story, not influencing gov't decisionmaking. If these people were to chime in we would have had reductions in greenhouse gas emissions in a big way by now. Government agencies drawing the line need to remember how many people and their offspring are silent.
