I live in California. I see pollution on a daily basis and wanted to
do something to stop it. I started looking up how to start a
Nonprofit organization and found that in the state of California at
least that once this nonprofit status is established that I would no
longer have any rights to my ideas. So if I wanted to start a
nonprofit say for cleaning the water in California that I could
start it and a big wig from say Dasani water, a.k.a. Coca-Cola, could come in and basically take over. This does not help anyone besides the big companies. I wanted to help out with the environment and it seems like the only challenges that anyone faces are the ones that are in place in our legal system.
