There is SO much to be addressed and it cannot wait! For years the auto makers have been allowed to continue to pollute our environment. All those mini vans and trucks don't have the emission controls that they should. Our own vehicles should be required to have less pollution.
Even now, look at the auto sales ads.. they are still trying to sell the high mileage cars (but they don't mention the mileage).. where is the logic?
I am trying to get a solar installation on my own property to cut back on fuel and pollution. I consolidate my errands. I recycle everything. I am probably the only person in my neighborhood that does, but I will soon put out a flyer to the 50 homes in my neighborhood to remind folks to pull the plugs, recycle, stop using pesticides, don't take styrofoam, and on and on...
