Greenpeace

I live in lAKELAND, Florida, a little town that owns it's own coal fired electricity plant. I drive a car 51 miles a day to work at a job that has no plans on hiring me to full time status to avoid giving health insurance and vacations. My car gets 40+ MPG but i only work 32 hours a week for the last year and almost a half. WHAT AM I DOING!?? I am going to get more serious about finding work closer to home and quit burning fuel to work for a company that refuses advancment to environmentally active persons, equal rights activists and tree huggers. I will gather up the best activists this area can muster and we will expose the misuse and abuse of our environment in this county and mabye beyond. I will not allow the economic state this area is in get in my way any more. I am going to start a printed news letter called "Polk County Exposed" and start a monthly meeting for all that want to join this effort if I am the only one to show up. CAAAAANN YOOOOUUU DIIIIG IT ?

Writing letters to Ken salazar / Dept. of Interior. I wrote my letter and the same day there was a Family Member meltdown and i seem to be the one that always gets called in to get things back to normal. I am glad to report things are back on track for me and my family. I am also glad that I recieved a message today that Greenpeace has extended the time to get as many people as i can to send letters also, clarifying our Earth's reasons to get off fossil fuels. If you live in Central Florida and followed my link from Facebook to here and didn't leave me a message you can get involved by sending a hand written letter to K.Salazer or help me get others to write. I have an e-mail for actions i get involved in, alikzander1@hotmail.com any help is appriciated. I also want to say i am so relieved that the oil platform that caught fire this week made my stoumach so sick although i am relieved that it was not a blowout or a platform sinking it shows us how important it is to move away from fossil fuels.
