Hotter water, strong storms

| More
Global warming. The temperatures in the Atlantic, namely around the Caribbean have risen. This provides more energy for storms. Warmer water. Stronger storms. More damage. CO2 from burning oil is a leading cause of global warming. In the Gulf of Mexico a lot of oil is pumped out which in turn is burned releasing CO2, increasing water temperatures and creating stronger storms.
USA Today has an article worth reading.

I feel that Mr. Bush needs to focus his attentions more towards this ever growing problem, global warming. As America contributes up to 70% of the pollution on this earth it is having a great impact on the surrounding enviroment. The earth is heating up causing more storms to erupt and where are these storms? America! If he doesn't act now and change the way he is contributing our ice caps will be lost and far more deaths will occur through more frequent storms.
