 hello to all of you. i am instred in helping with global warming . plus making more fresh drinking water . but how can one person help . wen you cant ger the people in charge to liston to you. i have deslicia so i spell bad so the smart people dont listen .the sun an narure give the anser. one thing we can do to cut back on carbon emmisions . is to convert cargo ships to use solar panels & wind generators , to run thair electrick engins. thay burn over 10,000  galons of disal a day. an it takes 20 to 30 days to a trip. costal citys can a/c all bildings useing a chiller system . thay can pump cold water from the ocan , yes it is simple ocean water is near freezing  at depts over 600 ft down . pump it to  an exchange syayion . run fresh water in pipes thru the ocean water . an pump it to bildings waer it can be used to cool them. the ocean water just goes back to the ocean. an it helps to cool the warm surfice water at the same time .  simple but it will work . think of the cut in cfc an all of the elecricity not used buy the bld a/c units! an thair is so much more i know . can you tell your congerssman & senator to reed this ?  e-mail rcsuter@tds.net .  it is up to you now
