Be the Change!
The following questions are designed to help us answer questions for a class project.  We’d be very appreciative if you could take a few minutes to give us your opinions and answers.  Thanks!

Survey

1. What advantages does driving a larger car have over a smaller car?
2. Do you believe in climate change?  If so why?  If not why?
3. How would a higher gas tax change your driving habits?
4. What factors influence your car purchase the most? (i.e. price, aesthetics, fuel economy, etc.)
5. How can new drivers be better educated about the effects of their fuel use?

1.I think the main selling point is cargo space and capacity, it's not an advantage but a selling point.
2.Yes, there is substantial evidence of climate change and I have beilieved in the concept since its infancy.
3.If I drove much, I live in a small town, the higher gas taxes would definately decrease the amount of time i drove.
4.Price & fuel economy
5.make it a requirment to know that information on the state driving written exam.

1.Extra space and a false since of safety is a larger car are the most common reasons. Though i don't think that they are necessary and if a large family needs a large car than they could at least look for a fuel efficient car.

2.Yes i do research proves again and again to me that we are in a change.

3.I now commute by Bike but the cost of fuel is what inspired me to stop driving especially when i can use a no emission's form of transport.

4.My next vehicle purchase will be a gas/electric hybrid. i currently am working on a project to make a used veggie oil diesel truck for my parents farm.

5.The environmental impact of different types of cars should be required in the curriculum. also i do belive that if driver education courses used hybrids it would greatly raise the chances of students looking into them.
