Anti-SUV lady
Not sure what to write here!!!
Of course, I am against global warming. And I live in one of the worst countries to take action against it :-((
Being French, I am -I think- much more aware of the problems with global warming and the protection of our environment.
What do I do personally? For starter, I would NEVER buy a SUV. My little Subaru Impreza is more than enought to drive in the Utahn snow. I am also big on recycling.

rowan13 on August 09, 2006 I LOVE THE FRENCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for being an environmental protector and for giving my brother solid proof that the French are better than the Spanish and spanish speakers(He takes spanish in school, I take French.)

I am 37, French but have been living in the States for 15 years now. I am an organic chemist and therefore I am anti-pesticides as I know too well the effects of chemicals. For instance, do you know that the pesticide used on strawberries {methyl bromide}, I use a fume hood, gloves and goggles when I work with it in the lab?
I am worried about global warming as well and the fact that the States hardly do anything to prevent it.
I hate to see all these SUVs and trucks on the road here. So much gas used for nothing!
