Animal Crazy

| More

I am what people call Animal Crazy. I am probably one of the only girls who will not scream and/or squish bugs. I am so crazy about animals that I have a story to tell: Once when I was sketching a picture, a fly started getting on my nerves. For a long time it went 'buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz', until i couldn't TAKE IT any more. I squished the fly with my pencil. Its leg kept twitching and i felt sick. And I NEVER killed a fly again..." A little wierd I know, but that's me. I think that NO LIVING CREATURE DESERVES DEATH.

I found this one dead bird in my yard once. Beauriful bird, it was grayish-brown with red and yellew on it. All the other girls sympathized as well, but i was the only one who really did anything. I picked it up with my bare hands and all the girls shrieked. I was furious they should shut up and be respectful in front of the dead. We buried him, well I buried him, and we all covered him with flowers and grass. I washed my hands, but for the rest of the day I felt bad, the bird had looked completely healthy even as it lay in its eternal sleep. I respect animals better than I do most humans. Even some of the most innocent people and animals are killed. It is NOT FAIR. I go for the animals, the wild, the nature, and that sort of thing before humans supposed "needs". I go against, and I say this with complete pride, President Bush (even he doesn't deserve to die), war, and death for peace.

You said it! I love animals too, so much, and hate the thought that animals are killed so often. Cows are being killed for leather, pigs are being killed for hot-dogs; it's just plain wrong. It needs to stop! Keep speaking the truth.
