An Ode to Greenpeace
At my school, my friends started this club for environmental awareness. At first I thought it was nothing I really would like to do, but when I recently joined Greenpeace, I realized how interested I became in the earth and Mother Nature. Greenpeace opened a lot of doors open for me! And that's why I think it's such a fantabulous organziation!!!! I am trying to convince my friends that they should join Greenpeace at the moment, and I know that they will, at some point!

Hi, hello, hola, my name is Kate and I joined Greenpeace in June of '07! I love it here and it's so great chatting with people that are just like me- want to make a difference. When I get older, I'm hoping to be a marine biologist or I'd like to write for a magazine that is ALL for the environment! I'm really interested in making this environment a better place for everyone and every living thing. I mean- there is only one earth!!! That's why I am writing in this blog.
