The Road Not Taken
Once, a very intelligent man stated:
"...I shall be telling this with a sigh
somewhere ages and ages hence
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, and
I took the one less traveled by
And that has made all the difference."
Robert Frost wrote that poem, known as The Road Not Taken and when you take some time to think about it, it could be related to global warming. In the poem, it talks about a road or path someone took, and how he regrets it now because he took the easy way out. In global warming, the easy way out is to just do the same thing we're doing now- being gas guzzlers. So, if we take the easy way out in global warming, we'll be Robert Frost in this poem! So take this as a warning- the easy way out isn't going to help anyone. So take action, and think about what YOU'RE doing to help the environment! I know I am.

Hi, hello, hola, my name is Kate and I joined Greenpeace in June of '07! I love it here and it's so great chatting with people that are just like me- want to make a difference. When I get older, I'm hoping to be a marine biologist or I'd like to write for a magazine that is ALL for the environment! I'm really interested in making this environment a better place for everyone and every living thing. I mean- there is only one earth!!! That's why I am writing in this blog. To get people's attenion anout environment matters! In my blog, you'll find some posts about things that have come to my mind that need to be written down. Check it out! Thanks!!!
