Volunteering as a Teenager
Although GREENPEACE has services for many of their devoted activists, it does not appear that they have any services for teenagers or high school students such as myself. I'm 15 years old, and I'd like nothing more than to volunteer my summer as an activist with GREENPEACE. I strongly support GREENPEACE, and I would like to see them set up a program for the new generation because the sooner we start out, the more likely we will be to stick with it and try to make a difference in this world that we live in.

recycler92 on June 09, 2007 i totally agree!!!! i would love to travel the world with greenpeace!!! i think greenpeace should consider starting a teen summer activism program!!! the more we can include and get involved the easier and more affective it will be to stop these disasters and prevent future problems!!!!
hiii_my_names_hillary on June 12, 2007 I know. We should really push the subject, because if you think about it, we're the generation that has to start fixing all of the problems that this past generation has started. We're given the resources, and have the knowledge to know how to fix the world. I wish there was a way of starting a program for teens like us...
