I'm a mom to four children. As a mother, I worry about my children's future. I don't mean who they will marry, and what kind of jobs they will have. My concern is the world that they will live in. Although those other items are certainly important, it's not as important as what kind of world they will be living in ten years from now!

I want to be able to pass on to them, the importance of taking care of their world. It's something that is shared with other species. The earth is a beautiful thing, and it's terrible that people can't realize the effects that everyday living has on this earth. 'Out of sight, out of mind' has been never been more true than right now. All the little problems that seem to plague us now are nothing compared to what they are saying is just around the corner, if we don't do something now!

I'm trying to do my part in saving our earth, which is why I belong to lovely Greenpeace and also the respected Natural Resource Defence Council.

Don't wait until it's too late.
