For global warming specialists, this week is as exciting as the Olympics are to athletes. More than 10,000 delegates have arrived in Montreal for a UN conference on climate change. The representatives of 189 governments, environmental groups and businesses are meeting to agree on a plan to curb global warming in the coming years. A key component of that plan will be convincing the United States that the top 2,000 scientists in the world didn't make up this whole "global warming" thing just to inconvenience Bush's top campaign contributors.
