Sea World aquirum in Ca. and Orlando aquirum Fl.  and Camden Nj aquirum.Are some of the big aquirums around.And they used to show ocean wildlife and studies.The way I look at is if you build this types of aquirums for consumer fish hatcheries then you releave the oceans over fishing. This places can produce millions if not billons of fish with eating size with 1 to 2 miles of land along the ocean.You can do the same with crab,lobsters off springs and dump them back in the ocean for later harvest.the type of a counrty like to would be the kind of fish would produce. Freash water fish like rainbow pair can produce up to a million fish in off spring per year.some salt water fish do the same.So what I'm saying is product wise to may be cheaper to have mateing pair dump into a aquirum and them mate then remove to smaller tanks and feed the young to size suit eating and use the ocean as a second fishing area.You can also off set the fishing to a 4 and 5 ratio which is 4 years of fish to meet demand after aquirum havest and 5th year no ocean fishing so the ocean can restock itself.MSJR
