Has anyone or do you know anyone who has been taken advantage of or LOST their FARM as a direct result of answering a save the farm loan add in the local paper ? The "mortgage" agent creates a phony forced forclosure and aquires and develops the property whether in land trust management or not ! If so please contact llquizzy@yahoo.com and lets get a class action suit going !
