Stop Tsunamis!

Since we're so intent on changing global warming, why don't we also include other catastrophes like Tsunamis? They cause tremendous death and destruction all over the world! And while we’re at it we should tackle earthquakes, volcanoes, and those pesky sun cycles!
Scientists agree that these catastrophic phenomenons kill more flora and fauna than global warming ever will. They also agree that the solution to these nasty events is exactly as obtainable as stopping global warming…

Now, will we be better off to say, " global warming is not real." and not act on it, and find out later that it was real. Or say, " it is real" and act on it, to find out it wasnt? Ponder this if you can.
You're right: global warming is PARTLY man made. So, if we eliminate 50% of that part (which is clearly not feasible), we still haven't put a dent in it. So why waste effort on prevention... doesn't it make more sense to PREPARE for the catastrophe rather that wring hands and waste time & money on fixes that don't fix?!
If we’re aware of all the nasty consequences of warming and do nothing to prepare, is that a responsible thing? Ponder that!
(PS: I wasn’t suggesting that tsunamis and earthquakes are man made, or that they contribute to global warming… I was trying to highlight the futility of trying to prevent them! Which is a logical parallel to the futility of stopping global warming.)
P.S. I do understand your point about global warming. Although I disagree, you make a very good point. I like healthy and civil discussions on the subject, keep em coming.
