I found this great site where you can adopt an endangered animal! The donations go directly to the organization called Defenders of Wildlife, who use it to save your animals by petitioning, suing and protesting. You can adopt a whale, a dolphin, a tiger, a poler bear, a wolf and more!

I JUST WATCHED THE MOVIE AND IT GAVE ME A VERY NEW AND INTERESTING VIEW/REASON ON BECOMING VEGETARIAN. IT MENTIONS ADDITIONAL REASONS AND SOLUTIONS FOR WATER POLUTION AND SHORTAGE, FORREST DEPLETION, GLOBAL WRMING AND LOTS OF SERIOUS HEATH PROBLEMS. THIS IS SOMETHING YOU NEED TO READ/SEE. IT WAS PUBLISHED IN 1991 BUT THE FACTS ARE SOUND. GET IT. READ IT. SEE IT. SPREAD THE WORD.

I am reading a book that deals with tips for daily living gone green, information about the environmental offenders and those who save it. It has some truly inspirational stories in it. Like you know that movie that came out in 2001? Erin Brocavich, starring Julia Roberts? Erin is a real person. Her story is told in full in this book. Its also where i found that baking soda works better than Ajack at cleaning bathrooms. It is available at the environmentally friendly store Real Goods, or on their website, www.realgoods.com.
