I am a junior in highschool and BELIEVE ME a lot of people will make fun of you because you think, you care about the environment, and you care about animals but do not let that sway you. STAND TALL! Im gunna stand with Jordan on this 1.. be proud of what you stand for... even tho im only going be a sophomore this year, i have already been kinda laughed at.. It always inspires me to do more knowing that i dont stand alone on my views esspecially at this age and im gald that you as well as many other people on here our age care about the world we live in. Never let go of your convictions. They are what drives you. I salute you guys for standing for something bigger than yourselves. It is by neglecting that we are part of a greater context that humans have been hurting other species on this planet. It is only by embracing our role and responsibility that we will begin to turn the tide and reverse the damage. We must seek to think globally while acting locally. What can we do right where we are to make a difference?

I am not a student but a teacher and a mother of children your age. Stand up for what you believe in and hold you head high. It is the most important thing you can stand for; our planet where we live.
