Give me energy efficiency or give me death!

Linda Hicks on September 27, 2005 Something has been bothering me about these hurricanes. I know that they are a natural occurance, but Chemtrails are not. What I find strange, is that since the hurricane's, I no longer see the chemical trails left by aircraft. This has been bothering me for a long time. I have many unbelievable photo's, if you would like to see. There are also many websites. I have enquired with every government agency, airports, homeland security, legislators, etc., and they say they don't know, and pass my enquiries on to someone else who never replies. The thing is that weather modification does exist, and just a couple of days after I emailed a letter to the National Hurricane Center (NOAA) , I see this report on foxnews Neil Cavuto about this guy , Peter Cordani, who wanted to fly 10 747's into the hurricane and spray this stuff he supposedly invented callled DYN-O-GEL, OR DYN- O- MAT. It is made of the stuff they make baby diapers out of and absorbs moisture very well and also would cool the atmosphere, he claimed. He wanted to use it just in the middle of the hurricane to weaken it and cause less damage. That was about all on the report, but I have discovered alot of info on the net about this Peter guy, haven't had time to read yet. Anyway, what am I driving at? Well I questioned NOAA and its "United State Dept. of Commerce" planes that they show on their website that fly into the storm and collect data. I thought it was a waste of taxpayer money, and any good meteorologist could look at the satelite data, doplar etc. and make a fairly accurate prediction. I asked them why, if weather modification does exist, they didn't use it to weaken the storm with their planes.(Not that I approve of w. modification or chemicals being sprayed.) No reply. Then a few days later, low and behold for the first time they tell about this guy and his DYN-O-GEL.on the news. It mentioned that he parted ways with the government a while back and he is not sure why they wouldn't have a go with it. My point is that I think it is all spin. The government has been using all sorts of aircraft, even commercial to spray a variety of substances. I am sure that NOAA stolled the guys idea, has been using it, and wants to reap the profits/and or keep the activities undercover more likely. NOAA actually knows alot about the effects of using this substance. I somehow feel that they didn't use it on purpose, or that they might have even used technology to make the storm more severe. Just think, if even half the people do not return or rebuild, that land can be used for more oil and gas wells/production. I know this sounds insane, but i know what I have seen going on in the skies until just recently, and I do not like the fact that people are told they cannot return to their own properties, and even worse, have been forcibly removed... and elderly lady crying not wanting to leave her beloved pet behind, but they didn't care. Yet they could have updated the levies, knowing that the storms were going to be worse, but they didn't, almost like it was on purpose. I just cannot believe that after all the spraying Ive seen in the skies day after day, that they didn't use their technology to WEAKEN the storms. So now Peter comes on stage acting like the government isn't interested in his product.... the hell they arn't. Sure, they will be interested in rebuilding the business that serve or cater to the oil production industry there, but its all gone for so many people... their whole lives and property. Do you think I have a point? Please respond thankyou, Linda Hicks
