The key to alternative energy, both for home power and automotive, is in battery technology or supercapacitors. Definately the weak link in the chain.
There was a news story about a scientist a MIT that had chemically altered a lithium ion battery to recharge in minutes instead of hours. Does anyone have more info on this?
