Pecan Grove destroyed for "progress"!

I live in queen creek arizona.Its a rural suburb of phoenix. Down the street from where i live a construction company destroyed on of the most beautiful pecan orchards ive ever seen!
EVERY SINGLE TREE and then bought a few new ones for the entrance way to the new PECAN CREEK SUBDIVISION
does anyone else see the irony in this situation ?!

hpfreak77 on September 10, 2007 I see the irony. I too am a fellow valley arizonan, and see the destruction going on around us as a third generation native.
