New Mexico Representive Don Tripp Harrasses Greenpeace Writer Over His Environmental Actions

Over the past two years, I have written about the Middle Rio Grande, New Mexico, and the poisoning of the Salt Cedars with ARSENAL/Imazapyr pesticide, at the Bosque del Apache, up the rivers of the state, by Texas A & M and New Mexico State University, USDA, US Fish and Wildlife, BLM, etc. I have told you that State Representative Don Tripp (R) NM, was so heavily involed in this action and the destruction of eco-communities, habitat, wildlife, domestic animals, organic farms, fish, land, and even people; and that even a local newspaper said that he wasted his mother and ran a jewlery manufacturing "sweatshop" of unforunate locals using the New Mexico Human Services and the Social Security Administration in Socorro County and Albuquerque, to pay these "employees," that he was a Friend of the Bosque del Apache, that he had helped Gordon Herkenhoff at Indian Hill Waterfowl Management Area to obtain from Socorro County, through the Socorro County Soil and Water Conservation Service, acres and acres of land for pennies on the dollar, so the subsidized farmers could grow more alfalfa to sell at high prices to the Japanese and about other various nefarious deeds that killed the environment and padded the pockets of himself and his farmer friends and who knows who else. Well, now I have another story for you.

Mr. Tripp is running for relection this November. He managed to get my e-mail address asking for "links." to the pesticide, Imazapyr. He did not know enough to read the scientific data and just ended by sending me a message "that all of this was for the greater good." I disagreed with him and told him to get off the "waves." Tripp also helped get the money for the use of BASF, the Chemical Company's ARSENAL/imazapyr, now sold to NuFarm, in league with Sevilleta Wildlife Refuge, the State of New Mexico, most Federal Burearcrats (one State Bureaurcrat, Mr. L. Greer Price, who is head of "tourism" at the NMT Department of Geology, and who bragged to me that he had had Mr. Tripp over for a party) has just managed to get me, an environmental researcher and scholar, thrown-out of my computer facility at the Tech. Mr. Price is a bit silly. Mr. Tripp is a bit criminal and deadly. Nonetheless, Mr. Price continues to put together tourist's packages.

Mr. Tripp continues to "poison" everything he touches, being an allumni of NMT, who also lives in Socorro, is on water and agricultrual boards for the State of New Mexico and has just issued a "mandate" to Dr. Gerrity, New Mexico Tech, to stop my use as a scholar and researcher and of the reserarch facilites at New Mexico Tech. I have 7 days from now to get all of "my people" and documents, writings out of the Tech computers. I have been evicted by a two-bit politician, who is exposed!!! I am evicted after seven years of participation.

Tripp along with Herkenhoff and the Soil and Water Conservation Service of Socorro County managed to obtain the murderous pesticide, imazapyr, to help kill this valley in league with Sevilleta Wildlife Refuge (now attempting to become, with the purchase of Indian Hill Waterfowl Management Area, the new Bosque del Apache del Norte). Don Tripp was also in league with various subsidized farmers here to gain land through poisons. He is in collusion with Fed Representative Steve Pearce to use CIA (Wackenhut, Blackwater, Cheney private armies and North Star Helicopter, to spray the deadly pesticide).

We have declared Tripp a slaver. We have accused Tripp of making the Bosque del Apache PRIVATE! We have accused Tripp of being in "bed" with Steve Pearce to steal our lands for the Texans and attempting to put a state "multiuse" trail from northern New Mexico, down the River Bosque, to the racetrack at Sunland Park, Texas, through our bosque trees, through archaeological sites, through private lands, through public lands, through our lives. He wants this to be a STATE PARK. We have all told him and Anazazi Trails organization from Madrid, New Mexico, who is the private part of this interprise and in league with the State Parks System: NO, NO.

Before the June elections Tripp managed to get his large red signs all about. He had one on I-25 near the Imazapyr poisoned fields of Indian Hill, he had one on the land of a man whom he had helped stop or get out of prison for selling "slot machines." That man died mysteriously last Monday on the night of July 21st, 08. Another sad and very serious matter occured this summer as well that was related to Don Tripp.

Tripp hired a woman named Jennie Gamez, working in his jewelry "sweat shop," and her husband (gone back to Mexico now) named Manuel Gamez whom Tripp had gotten out of Mexico to marry Jennie and work for nothing cleaning Tripp's storage units, while the Gamez's had 3 sons who brought in much from NM Human Resouces and Social Security, to pay Tripp's "employees" . That man, Manuel Gamez,Sr., also worked for me at my farm part-time, because Mr. Tripp did not pay him very much. Manuel Gamez was a good man, a very good man. Ms. Gamez and children received full benefits from the Social Services including Social Security and New Mexico Human Resources. The 3 boys born out of this and their mother are now suspected felons in a homicide. One child had seisures and Manuel had to take off from his job with me to take his son to the doctor and hospital in Albuquerque.

About last month, the 3 Gamez brothers, who worked cleaning Tripp's storage units for very little pay and their mother, who had her teeth fixed in Mexico and also still worked for Tripp, were involved in the suspected murder of a young Indian man who attended New Mexico Tech University, Mr. Joe. Ms. Gamez, trying to cover for her boys, took their bloody clothes in an attempt to save them. However, under the tutiliage of State Representive Don Tripp, 4 people's lives are ruined, including the Mother attempting to help her sons, and three young men, who had little education, and the unfortunate Mr. Joe, supposedly stabbed by the Gamez Brothers. All but Mr. Joe worked for minimum wages for Tripp. They will stand trial under another of Tripp's proteges,County Attorney Clint Wellborn as is currently understood at this time.

Even though Don Tripp was running unopposed in the primary he had signs all about on lands that belonged to someone he had "HELPED." After his e-mail conversation with me, all the big red signs suddenly came down around town and in the valley. Why?

So, while Tripp is directly or indirectly invovled in the Gamez murder, he may have been involved in the mysterious murder of another man. He has appeared to be involved with the Social Security Representative to the Senior Citizens Centre, Mr. Michael Rowley out of the Albuquerque office and Ms. Suzie Cotter of the New Mexico Human Resources, who are currently pending investigation for fraud, atttempted extortion and so forth and so on. And without doubt he has contributed to the murder of other humans helping with the ARSENAl imazapyr spraying and Herkenhoff and the Bosque del Apache, Ms. Nyleen Troxel-Stowe, the late Mr. John Taylor.

Tripp is DEATH! But, is he in league with Vice President Cheney, Theo Colburn, a biologist for the World Wild Life Fund, who thinks in degrees of what is safe with Pesticides. Something else is also strange... why are the Cheney's, Theo Colburn, Herkenhoff's ex-wife, Whole Foods, Horizon Milk, and Sierra Club all linked to Paeonia, Colorado? Did Tripp go to the first meeting in Colorado Springs when all Federal and State Officials were called together to support the "Eradication of the Salt Cedar"?

We know Tripp as being involved in all of this. But, we have discovered something else... Firstly, Don Tripp is not very educated, he is a Republican with bad marks in the New Mexico House of Representatives, he is running for re-election, but he is also INVOLVED WITH SOCORRO ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE AND AS LISTED IN THE NEW MEXICO GOVERNMENT HOME PAGE AS:

What else has Mr. Tripp done, except atttempt to stop the ENVIRONMENTALISTS?

THIS IS A PERSON WHO IS ALSO INVOLVED WITH HERKENHOFF AND HIS DEATH AT INDIAN HILL, HE HAD APPROPRIATED THE MONIES TO POISON HIS OWN FARM, POISON THE MIDDLE RIO GRANDE, AND HE IS IN CHARGE (AFTER THAT) OF AGRICULTURE AND WATER RESOURCES.WE WANT ALL TO FEEL FREE TO E-MAIL HIM OR WRITE TO HIM, TO WRITE TO GARY KING, NM ATTORNEY GENERAL, GOVERNOR RICHARDSON, REQUEST INFORMATION ABOUT HIS AFFLIATION WITH NM HUMAN RESOURCES, HIS AFFLIATION IN SOCORRO ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE... AS A WELL KNOWN AND PROCESSUAL SCIENTIFIC ARCHAEROLOGIST WITH FEDERAL PERMITS AND WORKING WITH MY PARTNER IN RIO ABAJO ARCHAEOLOGICAL SERVICES UNTIL 1993, WE STOPPED THE THEN HISTORIC PRESERVATION OFFICER, MR. THOMAS MERLAN FROM USING HISTORIC PRESERVATION TO TAKE THE WATER AWAY FORM THE NORTHERN AREA OF THE VELARDE VALLLEY. WHEN WE UNDERSTOOD THAT MR. MERLAN, IN LEAGUE WITH THE FAMOUS BASS BROTHERS OF FT WORTH, TEXAS, FUNDRAISERS FOR THE BUSHES, WERE ATTEMPTING TO CORNER THE "MARKET" ON WATER AND AGRICULTRAL LANDS, WE STOPPED THE PROJECT.

THE VELARDE VALLEY IS NOW COMPOSED OF MANY ORGANIC FARMS WITH ITS OWN IRRIGATION DITCHES. SO WE WERE KNOWN "TROUBLE-MAKERS" AND DIRTY ENVIRONMENTALISTS. THAT IS BEING DISCUSSED BECAUSE IN ABOUT 2001 OR 2002 OUR COMMUNITY WATER SYSTEM (ALA TRIPP) RAISED OUR WATER BILL TO $400 TO $500 PER MONTH. OUR FINAL BILL WAS OVER $4,000, WATER THAT WE DID NOT USE. WE DRILLED A WELL AND SHUT DOWN THE COMMUNITY WATER. NOW WE BELIEVE THAT MR. TRIPP WAS BEHIND THAT! PRESENTLY, I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY ELECTRICITY. CURRENTLY I HAVE BEEN BILLED $2,700.00. I COMPLAINED TO SOCORRO ELECTRIC, AND THEY SAID IT COULD NOT BE THAT MUCH AND THEY CHANGED THE METER, BUT THE BILL REMAINS AS HIGH AS A FULLY ELECTRIC HOME OR FARM. MR. TRIPP IS INVOLVED WITH SOCORRO ELECTRIC.

YOU DO THE MATH. DO YOU THINK HE MIGHT WANT ME TO HAVE TO GIVE UP MY HOME BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE WATER? OR ELECTRICITY, SO THAT HE CAN BE REELECTED, SO THAT HE CAN RUN A PARK THROUGH OUR DEATH PESTICIDE BOSQUE? PROBABLY. SO, I THINK IT IS TIME TO GET THE NEW YORK ATTORNEYS INVOLVED, ALONG WITH THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO. Bon Apetite!
