The Greenpeace Student Network is coordinated by the Greenpeace Grassroots Team, and led by Greenpeace Student Activists. For years our network has been able to achieve stunning victories for the planet by focusing on two things: training and action. By staying focused on organizing real actions and events in support of our campaigns and continually training new leaders to do what we can do, we can build enough power to win time and time again. To do this, we need leaders. That's where you come in.
Greenpeace Student Network Coordinators provide regular support for the student leaders in the Network. Part of the Greenpeace Staff, Student Network Coordinators work with Greenpeace campaigners and top student leaders to design campaign priorities for the Network. Network Coordinators orient new student leaders and help to coordinate successful actions, local campaigns and skillshares.
Campus Coordinators take charge of a Greenpeace campaign on his/her campus and stays in touch with other leaders in the Network to plug into joint activities.
Area Coordinators are students with the skills and experience to win campaigns and train others. An Area Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a skillshare or campaign event that will bring together other student activists in a region.
